We are now managing all of our reservations, bookings, vaccinations and images through Paw Partner. Install and check out the free Paw Partner mobile App and create a profile for your pet (pets). You can also check out the brand new social media platform to see images of your pet, cute pet videos, blogs and online news! Try Paw Partner premium free for 3 months, get custom alerts reminding you to book reservations when Tahoe Best Friends is filling up, also see our schedule before sending your reservation request. The app is available on App store and Google Play Store or at PawPartner.com

How to use the Paw Partner App

Create an Account

Start by downloading the Paw Partner App from either the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store (it’s free!). Then create your Paw Partner account.

Make a Reservation

After you’ve successfully created an account, begin by clicking the ‘Make a Reservation’ button.

Select Tahoe Best Friends

Select Tahoe Best Friends from the list of boarding locations.

Complete Your Information

Fill in the rest of your information, such as contact information and address.

Complete Your Dog’s Profile

Tell us about your dog so we can take the best care of them at Tahoe Best Friends.

Choose a Reservation

If you have multiple pets, choose which one (or both) you’d like to make a reservation for, then tell us the details of your reservation.

Upload Vaccination Records

We require all pets to be up-to-date on vaccinations before staying with us. Upload your documents through the app or on the Paw Partner website.

Confirm your reservation

After you complete your reservation details, Tahoe Best Friends will contact you through the app and via email to confirm your reservation. You can check the status of your reservation in the app.

Cancellation Policy

At Tahoe Best Friends we know that life happens. That is why we are proud to offer you the most accommodating cancellation policy. We ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation and 7-day notice during peak holidays. If you cancel after that time, no refunds or credit will be given.

*Deposit Required

A $20 deposit for daycare and a $25 deposit for overnight boarding is needed.
